The hunt ends when the gun is cased. It is smaller than the day, and that is the point. Look at the end of the day at the truck first.

At the truck

Then case the gun, check the chamber, and then drive. Mark the turn-around time before you mark anything else.

The slip

Watch for one last look that becomes a loaded gun in a moving truck. If it is already true in the parking area, it will be worse a mile in.

The check is you are driving with the gun cased and unloaded. Fail it and you are done for the morning. That is a successful use of the note.

Keep after the day boring. Boring means you came home with the same people you left with.
